We do our best to process and ship all orders within 48 hours. Items that are out of stock will take longer. Some custom furniture items may take as long as 12 weeks to be delivered. We use UPS ground as our standard shipping method. Large furniture items that are drop-shipped  directly from vendors may be delivered via UPS, FEDEX, or what ever freight company the vendor chooses. Quotes for oversize furniture are only for delivery to the curb.
