ORDERS
By placing an order with City Sprouts, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Store Policies. Once an order is placed it may not be canceled or modified. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order.
We do our best to keep our inventory updated; if there is an error and an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will notify you via email.
SHIPPING
City Sprouts offers USPS and FedEx shipping as well as free in-store pickup and free curbside pickup. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Orders are processed and shipped within one to two days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment. You may also check your order status and tracking information by logging in and viewing your order history.
Shipping windows, while generally accurate, are only estimates; City Sprouts cannot guarantee that your purchase will be delivered within the noted window, particularly during periods of high demand. If you require delivery on or before a specific date, please directly contact us prior to completing your order so we may review shipping options and costs with you.
City Sprouts cannot control and is not responsible for carrier's delivery errors or damage incurred during transit. Though unlikely, should you experience any such issues with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly.
We are happy to ship to Canada, though we do not offer discounted international shipping rates. If you are interested in placing an order with a Canadian shipping address, please contact us by phone or email. We charge the shipping rate as determined by the carrier and as such require any inquiry to include specific order contents and complete shipping address. Once confirmed, the lowest available shipping rate is applied and the transaction completed via PayPal.
Any orders with a billing address located outisde of the United States, whether contents are being shipped within the United States or to Canada, must be completed via PayPal.
STORE POLICIES
City Sprouts accepts returns of full-price items for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer refunds.
Exchanges or returns for store credit must be made within 30 days of purchase.
All sale items are final sale and not exchangeable. Furniture, special orders, and custom items are final sale and not exchangeable.
Promotional offers, special event discounts, and purchases made with a coupon code are subject to specific terms as noted.
To be eligible for exchange or store credit, items must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached and in the original box/packaging when applicable. All exchanges or returns for store credit must be accompanied by an original receipt or gift receipt. If you would like to make an exchange from an online order, please email us at info@citysprouts.com or call us at 314-726-9611 so that we may facilitate the selection of an alternate item or items.
Shipped exchanges and returns for store credit must be sent using a trackable method via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. The customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs unless it is due to an error on behalf of City Sprouts; any and all shipping charges are otherwise not refundable or transferable. Please call within five days of receipt if an item is defective or damaged. City Sprouts is not responsible for damages incurred during shipment; please directly contact the shipping provider in this instance.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above guidelines.
